Wow - so now 2 full days of trying to download the software. I have been told it is a Hansa server fault - and yet there are no updates, no calls to explain - and no one in sales or support will pick up the phone. What sort of company is this? Are businesses supposed to deal with 2 days of downtime when your servers have problems? All we have is a forum where we write into space because no-one is reading.......
