HI.excuse me, I'm having problems to log in. I already have a confirmation email, introduced a password, and everything went perfectly. But, now when I try to login, I just see the message of user o password incorrect, I tried to restore the password 3 times already but didn't work. I don't have any trouble to enter in the website to my standard.

Hello,

when you created your username "CRISTINA", next time you log in, system asked you to create a password.
So you should login with the user, if you log in and see email, delete it and replace with user name (Cristina) and password.
