Hi,

I have made my register yesterday. And after the download i try to insert my email and password but says :
user or password incorrect

You can try using:

user: USER1
password: (No password. Just enter)

use only you email, no password.

Password you create when you get a verification email.

it says the same, with USER1 or my email...
It keeps saying :user or password incorrect

May i try to uninstall and re install ?

I re- installed with sucess, thank you so much.

I noticed that i have changed USER1 to CRISTINA, is that ok?
I only realise after doing it, that shouldn't change.

I am in Portugal, and set up in portuguese language.

Hello,

It is not possible to change user's code (signature), so it's possible that you have just created a new one with the username "CRISTINA".

However, this will not impact anything (unless you use Access Groups InApp).

HI.excuse me, I'm having the same problem to log in. I already have a confirmation email, introduced a password, and everything went perfectly. But, now when I try to login, I just see the message of user o password incorrect, I tried to restore the password 3 times already but didn't work. I don't have any trouble to enter in the website to my standard.

Hello,

when you created your username "CRISTINA", next time you log in, system asked you to create a password.
So you should login with the user, if you log in and see email, delete it and replace with user name (Cristina) and password.
