Hello Gabriele,

I can see in your server log that you have previously been logged in with the user called USER1. Have you tried using that to log in instead of your email address?

Kind regards,

Edwin

Hello again,

I am loosing my hope here, cause since the old version crashed the new download just keeps on crashing and every time I log in and log out of standard accounts my info is gone and I am logged in as a new user without any information accessible. This is really time consuming. How to fix this all mess?

Hi, the message is ' You lost connection with the server. Shut down? " And it shuts down automatically, after which I can't reach my created business or files I've been working on.

I am using OS X 10.9.5.. Thank you.

Hi Gabriele,

If this happens again and you open a blank installation, you can connect to your company and all the information should be restored.

You can do this by the following:
1. Open a blank standard Accounts
2. Select the Enter Company Info icon

3. Select the button Connect To Company
4. In the Identification field, you can search for your company name
5. Once you find your company name, highlight the company you would like to connect to and press the connect button.

This should then connect you to the correct company and all your data will once again be accessible.

Kind regards,
Tayla Anniciello

Please follow the steps provided by Tayla above when you have a blank installation and cannot see any company info. We also advise that you update your OS X to 10.10 or higher to avoid experiencing stability issues when using Standard Accounts.

I am sorry, even when I've done the steps mentioned above, 'the connection with the server' is lost in first 5min and I can't work with the program. Should the reinstatement help on this case?

I have restarted your server and everything looks fine with it. You can see the status of it yourself on http://mystandard.hansaworld.com
If you still cannot connect properly to it I suggest that you try on a different computer. If that works then likely the issue is with your current computer. Like I mentioned previously, OS X 10.10 or higher is what we recommend for a stable experience when using Standard Accounts.

Best regards,

Edwin
