Today the system cannot connect me to the server - and there is no customer support. The phones ring out. No-one responds to emails.
This also happened on the 16th and 24th Jan - and now this morning.
I am unable to work each time.
Will i be compensated for the wasted work hours???

When you see this happening, you can connect to mystandard.hansaworld.com and restart your server there. This will often help with the connectivity issues.
