Named vs Concurrent Users - Mailbox reqd?

Dear Support,

Simple question, hopefully.

Is it mandatory in Hansa 8.2 to create a mailbox when creating a new named user or concurrent user?

Dear Dil,

You should create a mailbox for all named users.
It is advised to create a mailbox also for concurrent users, to use all the system possibilities (e.g. mailing), but it is not mandatory. Usually you are evaluating, which concurrent users require one and which - don't.
