Hi. I need some help to reset my password for email: knut@holmann.no
I downloaded Standard Accounts some weeks ago and now I can not get back into the system.
I think I registered with the email: knut@holmann.no, but I can not reset my password (which I forgot) with this emailadress. Can you please help me with this?

Hi Knut,

Please try the following


1.Enter your email into the user field
2.Press on (Reset password)
3.Email with the instruction will be sent to your email

4.Please open you email and follow the instruction to reset your password, then login with the new Password

I am following your instructions, but it is not working. I get message "wrong username or password" when I try to log on after I have reset the password. I am trying to logon with: knut.holmann@jm.no, but maybe I am registered with wrong e-mail. Can you check out e-mail: knut@holmann.no.
I am also being asked for an security code on SMS when I am resetting the password, but I do not receive an SMS, should I receive an SMS? My phonenumber is: +47 90 99 39 35.
