Hello, When I load my Standard Accounts app, on my Mac, an error appears
"Alert. Journal found, couldnt create database"
I have uninstalled and installed again, but it still does it
How do I fix this?

I found the answer:
Remove Standard Accounts.hdf FILE IN APPLICATION SUPPORT
The app now works.

With the provided Company Name and Customer code, I can't find your server.
Can you please double check it?

Please login into MyStandard, select your company and then the Connect button to download a new client.

I don't have a server with you and I dont have a StandardiD. I downloaded it from the Apple store and it launch

I found the answer:
