Generally the backup import from Standard ERP or Enterprise to Standard Hotel or other small products is not supported.


This means that some registers might work correctly, but we cannot guarantee that because it depends on the setup you had in your older product: some of the settings might have changed, removed or simply do not have functionality in small product.

So, as an example, if you import some setting that has a checkbox "Always require field X in Reservation" and Reservation window does not have such field in Standard Hotel, you will not be able to enter new reservations. And it can apply to all registers across the software.

If you are positively sure about what you wish to import, then you can export the registers from your older product and import them in Standard Hotel through module System >> Routines >> Imports >> Manual File Search.
