No server is Mystandard..

Hi!
I have downloaded a new Standard Account program for an existing customer. We are going from old local installation to cloud.
I upploaded the databas backup texfile to it from customers local installation.
Now the problem is, I have a working program but when I login to Mystandard there is no Server..
I need this to be found urgently!

Any suggestions?
