If you open any record in Standard Accounts, you will see a paperclip icon on the right edge of the record. This is called Document Manager. You can download an invoice if there is a pdf file attached. In that case select the file>>Choose Operations menu in the same window>>choose Download file.
However, if the pdf of the invoice is not created, you can print an invoice to PDF by using the Printer icon and selecting a pdf printer from the list. If you are using Windows operating system, you need to install pdf printer first.
