Our sales teams find the CRM module interface very difficult to work with in comparison to Salesforce or Zoho.
As Hansa is a fully integrated platform and all the data is there. Is there a roadmap to develop the CRM module further or any recommendations on this.

Thank you for your question. What do your employees struggle to do that you would like to be further developed? What do they use the most?
When the CRM module is used correctly and with some basic training, it can make the sales team's job easier and faster to complete and record various tasks and activities.
