Hello Theas,

The conflict is with the application folder.

Before installing there, you should check no old versions are there, AND also delete Hansaworld folder (com.hansaworld.stacc.xxxx.xx )from containers if there is such.

To see containers you can follow this guide or google on " how to find containers in mac"

With either the desktop or a Finder window as the frontmost application, hold down the option key and select the Go menu.
The Library folder will be listed as one of the items in the Go menu.
Select Library and a Finder window will open showing the contents of the Library folder.
If you close the Library folder's Finder window, the folder will once again be hidden from view.

Hello Theas,

Are you using Standard Accounts? Please try and see if a reinstallation of the program helps. You can find the latest version of Standard Accounts on www.standard-accounts.com. My suggestion is that you install the program in a new folder on your desktop and keep your old installation until we know for sure that the new one is working. Once you are in the program you can import your latest database backup so you can access your company again.

Best regards,

Edwin

Did you install the new version in a separate folder on the desktop or did you put it in the applications folder? If the latter, please try again and put it in a new folder on the desktop. Otherwise the database might conflict with your old installation.

I started it from the desktop in a folder. Now I have got it up and running but there seems to be a problem with to customer numbers. I have two. I have had some problems in the past with this as well. I think that is part of the problem. I called help-desk and the only thing they advised me to was to install a new version. The problem noe is that I have lost everything from april last year Grrrrrrr! Now I hav to recreate everything. I asked them to delete one of my customer numbers as I now can't access the marketplace to purchase numerous-series as it is attached to the other account. Well if you guys don't know ... :-) Anyways .. how do I make it a sky version in stead of local?

In this case I would advice that you talk to the Norwegian customer support directly again, either by calling them or writing on the Norwegian forum. The forum you can find by clicking on Global at the bottom of this page and then selecting Norway. Since you have spoken to them previously and they have been dealing with your issue before they are better suited to assist you.

To create a cloud installation you should just have to start up the client while you're connected to the internet and it should work automatically.

Thanks! I have contacted them so I am hoping for a solution as I now have 4 accounts in my account..... I can not purchase number series because I am already registered with my e-mail. Anyways: I installed standard account. After, when I tried to put it inside Application I got the same message as the first time where it originally started. Then it was impossible to open. However this telle me that there are some library conflicts. In case anybody else should have the same problem :-) I had to install many times unfortunately.

But THANX anyway
