Returning Ordered Goods

We are ordering goods through the Purchase Orders module and then Receiving the goods against the purchase order. We are using plain items (not stocked). Is it possible to use the Goods Returned register when using Plain Items as apposed to Stock Items?

Currently I just get a message say “No Items can be Returned”. If there is a way, can you tell me which settings need to be set for this to happen please?

Hello,

Returned Goods register will only work with Stocked items.
A facility to create Returned Goods to Supplier does not exist at the moment.
