We have raised a purchase order and received the goods but the first line of the order is not showing both received boxes as complete which means that we cannot raise the purchase invoice.
I have screen grabs of the PO and the GRN which I want to forward to someone on the helpdesk so they can see what the problem is and advise a solution.

Hello Emma,
This may have been the case in the earlier versions if you haven't updated for the last 3-4 years. Please contact your local HW office to walk you through the update process
