Account Code missing from balance sheet

I have a recently set up account code (807) which has been defined as an asset. It is live and has transactions posted to it. The account code appears in the trial balance listing and can be queried through the nominal ledger. However, it does not appear in the Balance Sheet (or in the Profit and Loss Account). Can you help me to correct this please?

Hello David,

You should define the newly created account in Nominal ledger>> Settings>> report settings.

Thanks Tomas. I understand what I need to do now but unfortunately I cant do it yet. When I go to NL/Settings I get a drop-down list of options but Report Settings is not on my list. The You Tube video has twice as many options as I get. I have spoken to my Systems Admin and she does not have Report Settings on her list of options either.

Is their a configuration option that we need to enable Report Settings?

Hello David,

this is advanced setting, which you get only if subscribed for integrated accounting.

You can find it and other additional in-apps, by selecting marketplace, and subscribing for integrated accounting in-app.

After you purchase it, you will see additional setup too.
