Password problems

Standard Accounts on my mac says my password is not correct when I try to log in. I choose reset password, create a new password and get a confirmation saying that Your password was successfully reset.

I try to log in with the newly created password, but the message is still the same: Your password is not correct.

Please help me to log in so I can continue my accounting work!

Hello,

It depends on the credentials you are using to log in.

There are two ways to log into Standard Accounts. You can use your Signature which can be, for example, USER1 and then your password, but you can also use your Standard ID (This is an email address) which can have a completely different password.


If you are using your Standard ID to log in, you can reset the password for your Standard ID on the MyStandard page using the Forgot Password link.
