Wrong password/reset password
End of Europe as

Hi

After updating the software on my mac, I was asked to log in with my password.

The password wasn't accepted although I'm pretty sure I wrote the right one.

I then chose reset password, received a mail and followed the link and created a new password.
Got a confirmation saying Your password was successfully reset.

I then restarted my Standard Accounts application, but I still get the message that my password is wrong.

Please help me.

Hello,

It depends on the credentials you are using to log in.
You can try User1 and password first.

There are two ways to log into Standard Accounts. You can use your Signature which can be, for example, USER1 and then your password, but you can also use your Standard ID (This is an email address) which can have a completely different password.

Secondly
If you are using your Standard ID to log in, you can reset the password for your Standard ID on the MyStandard page (mystandard.hansaworld.com) using the Forgot Password link.
So as user you use for eg. test@hansaworld.com and the password.
