Creating/saving new orders

Hi,

Our customer service team is creating over the day a lot of orders. With older versions of Hansa when we were creating a new orders and when you press save it was automatically populating latest order number from the list. But now it just stays blank and error message saying "already exists".
New order number now have to be picked up manually from the list.
Is it possible to resolve it?

Which version of Standard ERP are you currently using? The order numbers should be automatically populated.

Is your number series setting for Orders filled in? To check, you can navigate to:
Modules >> Sales Orders>> Settings >> Number Series - Orders

You can then personalise your own From and To numbers (Such as 10000000001 to 99999999999). You can set the dates From and To, which will be the dates this number series starts and ends.
