Hello Angela,

I apologise for the late response.

My suggestion is that you log in to MyStandard and select Connect. That will allow you to download a Standard Accounts client that is adapted to your company. When you install it, place it in an empty folder on your desktop and not in the applications folder. That way you ensure that it will not conflict with any of your previous installations.
