Its not a short explanation which is why I wondered if deleting and recreating might be easier.
I have been trying to add an action which we have called "allow changing contact record". The user has a global account and wanted that access in the second company. This didn't work.
I put the account back to how it was. It used to work before I made the changes and has all the privileges. Its not the paste special, just any window where you normally see the list of items, for example Module>Purchase Orders, Register>Purchase Orders. Nothing shows when using this account. I have setup a duplicate account (incl global user) with the same access groups and that works how it should.
Bit odd really.
