I have been testing it as the user and have tried the logout/login process.
Strange part of this is if I add the module Technics straight after the line for User Settings, the module Techinics appears and User Settings still does not.
The list is not long so I can't see what would be overridding that line?
My workaround is to change the "No access" to "Full access" and then all the modules appear but that is not ideal.
I can send screenshots if that helps.
Hope the above all makes sense.
By the way it looks like the email alerts have stopped each time a ticket is updated.
