The "Connection failed" error message is usually caused by one of the following:
(1) Your client has lost connection with the server, usually caused by the loss of your internet connection. Check that your internet browser is still working. If it is not, then this is probably the cause.
(2) Your database server has shut down for some reason. Contact your system administrator to check.
(3) This is usually not a problem in HansaWorld itself, but some external factor.
