Error Message: Massive Cache detected. Enabler missing.

I get this error message when starting a client: "Massive Cache detected. Enabler missing,call support"

Why am I getting this error?

Massive cache is not enabled in our settings.
We have a valid enabler.
HansaWorld seems to be working normally, apart from the error message.

Our contract has been amended to no longer include the massive cache. We got the error message with the new enabler.
