SERP Version 8.5.2020/01/07 Build 85330533.

This had been running fine but today when doing a bank reconciliation, the bank balance did not change after clearing reconciled items. The first time it also crashed so we reloaded last nights backup. Now each time it reconciles it will clear reconciled items but not alter the bank balance on the reconciliation screen.

Doing a backup and restore should correct the balance as I believe this would be recalculated during the restore process. Has anybody heard of this before and overcome it please?

Hi Paul,

Is the issue still repeatable?

If not, just to confirm when you said "Bank Reconciliation", so this issue is happening when you make the reconciliation through "Bank Reconciliation register" or on "Account Reconciliation register"

If you can attach a copy of your data so we can test what is the issue
