To stop receiving notifications on forum posts unmark the star icon Windows

Hi,
Whenever I want to submit VAT returns I see this message "refreshing access token failed".
Firstly, what caused this and secondly, how can I rectify it.

Hi,
The refresh token is expired, but you can request a new one, by following these steps:

1- Open Nominal ledger>>Settings: Electronic VAT Declaration
2- Blank the Refresh Token field, then save
3- Reopen the window
4- Operation menu>>Request Access Token
