I download the version from google play witch is older than the above version. I get get promted to update and I press the update version button.

this is a known bug:
Please login to https://mystandard.hansaworld.com/loginpage
You will see your server, click connect >> download client.
Then install as normally and connect to your server.

On Android the download don't start when I press the button download client , I have seleced allow unsercure apps.

Uninstall any previous versions you have, connect to mystandard, and select Connect>>Download Client.
The download should start and be visible on upper Android window. Serp is not yet compatible with Android 9.
